I am a New England native living in DC with Drew (amazing husband), Tank and Panzer (favorite felines), and Eleanor Rae (the Nugget!). I’ve always been curious, yearning for more information and a deeper understanding of…well, everything. I studied history and religion at Middlebury, library science at Catholic, and anthropology managing graveyards at the Diner. Now I’m working to step into my role as a healer and teacher.
The purpose of this blog is to chronicle my own spiritual development and journey as a healer, as well as to galvanize the evolution of others. I find that if I write, things make more sense; I can sort out the details, and draw deeper connections between aspects of my physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional lives. I certainly don’t need the internet to accomplish this, nor will I publish every brazen thought just to read it, but I will take advantage of a powerful vehicle to communicate strategies for growth.
This blog is a sacred space. It is a forum that is safe and nourishing, and encourages the examination of the physical world around us, the spiritual universe we exist in, and the deeper pockets of inner selves. I want it to empower, inspire, and ultimately serve as a reminder that we have the ability to contribute to our own healing everyday.

Nice job Laura! Keep up the good work!! Hugs, Jane
I have many questions about my own site….
Lovely and inspiring . . . thank you for your wonderful blog
Hi
did you go to the ASD Convention this year?
I missed it, really wanted to meet Louis Matacia and Steve Herbert
let me know if you have any DC groups you can recommend, I’m not finding much interesting these days but we do have the ASD in common. I work here by Friendship Heights.
